Forgot Password?
If you've forgotten your password or consistently receive the message "Invalid login credentials," please follow the below steps:
Employers go to: https://hire.workinaus.com.au/employer.
Recruiters go to: https://hire.workinaus.com.au/recruiter.
Click the Login button available in the top header and you will be navigated to the Login page.
Click the Forgot Password option. You will be navigated to the Reset Password page.
Enter the email you signed up to WorkinAUS with.
Click Reset Password button
You will then be navigated to a two step verification page. A security code will be sent to your email address.
Enter the security code and click Verify Code button.
If you don’t receive the 6 digit security code to your email, please try and following:
Check you have entered the correct email address.
Try the resend option which appears after five minutes.
Check your spam / junk mail folder, as it’s possible that your email service provider has flagged the security code email sent by the WorkinAUS platform as spam. If you find the security code email in your spam / junk mail folder, kindly mark it as "Not spam/ junk." This action should ensure that WorkinAUS emails are delivered to your inbox.
Once the correct code is entered and verified, you will be navigated to Set Password page where you can enter a new password for your WorkinAUS account.
Enter a new password for your account and click Set Password button.
You will be then navigated to the Login page where now you can enter your WorkinAUS account credentials to access your account.
