You can download job ad’s LMT history by clicking the option “Download LMT History“ from the actions menu corresponding to the specific job ad on the Job Ad Grid.

The Labour Market Testing History page is primarily divided into three sections. The top portion furnishes detailed information regarding the job ad, including the Job Title, Job Type, Category & Subcategory information, Publish & Expiry Dates as per the last autorenew cycle of the job ad, the count of Ad Views and the total number of applicants who have applied to the job ad.

The middle section of the LMT history page contains the job text which was advertised for the job seekers over WorkinAUS platform.

At the end of the LMT history page, job ad publish history is displayed. This contains the information of the platforms over which the job ad has been published and also provides the applicants count who have applied through the each platform over the job ad. The recent job ad publish history will appear in expanded view.

In the above screenshot of the job ad LMT history page, displays the 8th publish history in expanded view which means the job ad has been on auto renew and has been renewed for the 7th time. You can either download the LMT history in PDF format by clicking the download icon or could take the printout by clicking the Print icon. Let’s discuss each option that are available to us in this view in detail:

  • Platform

    This column displays the logo of those job ad sites over which the job ad has been published to.

  • First Day Screenshot

    Clicking the eye icon or the text "Preview" will open the screenshot taken on the first day of the current job ad publishing cycle.

  • Publish Date

    This column indicates the date when the job ad was posted or published during the current job ad publishing cycle.

  • Expiry Date

    This column shows the expiration date of the job, which occurs 30 days after the job ad's publication date.

  • No. of Days Published

    This column shows the duration, in days, for which the job ad was published on a platform.

  • Applicants

    This column indicates the number of job ad applicants for each platform.

  • Applicants Detail

    Clicking "View Detail" directs you to the job ad applicant page, where you can see the job applicants who have applied through that particular platform.

  • Notes

    You have the option to input any specific notes that you'd like to include when printing a hard copy of the LMT history.
