Getting started with WorkinAUS Employer / Recruiter Platform

Welcome to WorkinAUS! We are excited to get you get started using the WorkinAUS employer / recruiter platform. In this article you will learn how to sign up and login as an employer or a recruiter.

Sign Up

To start using the WorkinAUS platform, you need to create an account.

• Employers go to: https://hire.workinaus.com.au/employer

• Recruiters go to: https://hire.workinaus.com.au/recruiter

Then follow the below steps:

• Click on the Sign Up button in the top right header and you will be navigated to the Sign Up page.

• Enter the below information, noting all fields are mandatory:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address that you want to create the account with

  • A password that must be at least 8 characters long

  • Select the country code that your mobile phone is registered in from the drop down list i.e. Australia, Ireland, Philippines or United Kingdom
    and enter your mobile phone number. Please only enter a mobile number (not landline). In some cases WorkinAUS may send a verification code to the mobile number you enter.

  • Company name

• Carefully read our Privacy Policy and Platform Terms by clicking on the links in the next row then tick the checkbox to indicate that by continuing you accept our Privacy Policy and Platform Terms.

• Tick I’m Not a Robot checkbox to activate the reCaptcha instructions. This will enable the Sign Up button.

• Click the Sign Up button.

• You will then be navigated to a Two Step Verification page. A one-time 6 digit security code will be sent to the email address you just registered with.
  If you don’t receive the 6 digit security code, please try the following:

  • Check you have entered the correct email address on the Sign Up page

  • Try the resend option which appears after five minutes

  • Check your spam / junk mail folder, as it’s possible that your email service provider has flagged the security code email sent by the WorkinAUS platform as spam. If you find the security code email in your spam/ junk mail folder, kindly mark it as “Not spam/ junk.” This action should ensure that WorkinAUS emails are delivered to your inbox.

• Retrieve and enter the security code and click Verify Code button.

Once the correct code is entered and verified, your account will be created and you’ll be navigated to your WorkinAUS account Dashboard which will look like this:

Login

If you already have a WorkinAUS Employer/ Recruiter account then please follow the below steps to login in to your account:

• Employers go to: https://hire.workinaus.com.au/employer

• Recruiters go to: https://hire.workinaus.com.au/recruiter

• Then click the Login button in the top right header and you will be navigated to the Login page.

• Enter your WorkinAUS account email and password. Click Sign In button.

• Once the account is verified, you will be navigated to your account Dashboard.
