The job template grid presents the following details and features for each job ad:

  • Search Template

    At the top of the job template grid, a search feature is available. You can search for a specific job template by entering its title. The system will then search for job templates that match the entered keywords.

  • Advance Filter

    You can search for the job templates from the list of available job templates by applying advance filter or a combination of the filters. Each of these filters are briefly described below:

    • Template Type

      Select any of the template type i.e. Custom or System and system will search for the job templates that match the selected template type. The "All" option is selected by default.

    • Category

      Selecting any category from the provided list will trigger the system to search for job templates that correspond to the selected category. The "All" option is automatically selected as the default option.

    • Date Range

      Choosing a specific date range will prompt the system to search for job templates that were saved within the specified date range.

    • Clear

      Clicking the clear button clears all the filters and setting the filters to default.

    • Filter

      Clicking the filter button prompts the system to search for the job templates as per the advance filter(s) set by you.

  • Template Name

    This column showcases the title of the job ad with which the job template has been saved. Along with the template name, category & subcategory information is also displayed.

  • Date Created

    This column displays the date when the job template was saved.

  • Template Type

    This column displays the job template type i.e. Custom or System. Custom templates are those which are saved by you and system templates are those which are available by default in the system.

  • Quick Link

    This column displays the text “Use Template“ for each of the job template available in the grid. Clicking it, will navigate you to the edit mode of the job template where you can make minor changes to the job ad if required and proceed with the job ad publishing process as normal.

  • Actions

    This column displays three dots, which serve as a menu icon. Clicking on these dots reveals further options, including "Edit" and "Delete."

    Selecting "Edit" will navigate you to the edit mode of the job ad, where you can make minor adjustments or modifications to the job ad template, if necessary. This allows you to refine and customize the template according to specific job requirements before proceeding with the job ad publishing process.

    Choosing the "Delete" option will permanently remove the job template from the system. Once deleted, the template will no longer be available for reuse. This option is useful for managing and organizing your collection of job templates, allowing you to declutter and remove outdated or unnecessary templates from the system.

    Overall, the "Edit" and "Delete" options provide you with flexibility and control over your job templates, enabling you to tailor templates to your needs and maintain an organized template library.
