This article provides in-depth knowledge of the Pages module under Enterprise Job Board. WorkinAUS provides customizable pages titled as What We Do, Contact Us and Insights. You can rename the titles of these pages as per your requirements and add text into each page. You can provide detailed information about your company, contact information and company insights in these pages.
You can access the Pages page by expanding the Enterprise Job Board menu option available in the left menu where all the added pages are displayed in a grid format. Let’s discuss the pages module of the EJB in detail:
The pages grid presents the following details and features for each page:
Page Title
This column displays the name of the page.
Created On
This column displays the date when these pages were created. This would be the date when you enabled EJB option for your account from the Company Profile.
Updated On
This column displays the date when a specific page was updated.
Page Visibility
You can set the visibility of each page by toggling on or off.
Actions
This column displays three dots, however clicking it gives you the edit option to edit the page.
Adding Content to Pages
To customize the pages within the Pages module of the Enterprise Job Board, you have the flexibility to rename these pages according to your specific needs and add relevant text content. This process is initiated by accessing the Edit option, which is accessible by clicking the three dots corresponding to each page in the pages grid. Upon selecting the Edit option, you are directed to the edit mode of the page, where you can modify the page title to better reflect its purpose or content.
In the edit mode, you are presented with a text editor that enables you to seamlessly add and format text according to your preferences. Additionally, you can enhance the visual appeal of the page by incorporating imagery, thereby making the content more engaging and compelling to the job seekers. This intuitive editing interface empowers you to craft pages that effectively communicate your organization's message, showcase your offerings, and provide valuable insights to the job seekers.
After completing the process of content creation or editing within the page, you can proceed to save your modifications by clicking on the "Save" button. This action ensures that all changes made to the page, including text additions, formatting adjustments, and any inserted imagery, are preserved and reflected in the final version of the page. By clicking "Save," you confirm your edits and update the content of the page accordingly, ensuring that the most recent information is available to job seekers accessing the page through the Enterprise Job Board platform.
