Publish Expired Job Ad

When managing job ads on the WorkinAUS platform, you have the option to republish expired job ads, allowing you to easily extend the visibility of expired ads without needing to recreate them from scratch.

Publishing Expired Job Ad using Job Ad Credits

To republish an expired job ad on the WorkinAUS platform when you have job ad credits, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the job ad grid where your expired job ad is listed.

• Locate the expired job ad and click on the action menu for that ad.

• From the action menu, select the Publish option.

  

  
  A dialog box labelled Publish Job Ad will appear. This dialog box displays:

  • Details of your subscription plan.

  • The number of available job ad credits in your subscription.

  • The title of the job ad that you are about to republish, along with its current status.

  • Information about how many job ad credits will be used to republish the ad.

• Click Ok to republish the job ad and your ad will be visible to job seekers on the platform for another 30 days.

Publishing Expired Job Ad by Credit Card or Invoice Payment

If you have used all of your job ad credits but need to publish an expired job ad, you can still do so by paying for an individual job ad.

Below are the steps for paying by credit card or by invoice.

Credit Card as Payment Method

If credit card is set as the default payment method on your account, you can publish an expired job ad following these steps:

• Navigate to the job ad grid where your expired job ad is listed.

• Locate the expired job ad and click on the action menu for that ad.

• Select the Publish option.

  

  
  A dialogue box labelled Publish Job Ad will appear, displaying:

  • The price of the job ad.

  • Your saved payment methods and default payment method.

• Click on Continue to Payment button and your ad will be republished and visible to job seekers on the platform for another 30 days.

Invoice as Payment Method

Follow the steps above to republish an expired job, except when the dialogue box labelled Publish Job Ad appears it will display:

• The price of the job ad.

• Pay through invoice as your payment method (see screenshot below).

• Click on Continue to Payment button and your ad will be republished and visible to job seekers on the platform for another 30 days.
