Change Password: Enhance the security of your account by regularly updating your password. Within the My Profile module, you can easily change your password to a new, secure one to safeguard your account against unauthorized access.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Strengthen the security of your WorkinAUS account by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). With 2FA enabled, you'll need to provide a secondary verification code in addition to your password when logging in, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.

By leveraging the features available in the My Profile module, users can ensure that their WorkinAUS accounts are not only personalized to their preferences but also secured against potential threats. Taking advantage of these functionalities allows users to maintain control over their accounts and ensure a seamless and secure experience on the platform.

You can access the My Profile module by hoovering the mouse over avatar (Avatar) available at the top right corner of the screen. A small menu will reveal the option My Profile, click it to navigate to My Profile page.

Upload Profile Picture and Edit Your First & Last Name

Click the change photo icon available at the right corner of the avatar and it will open the file browser. Navigate to the desired location in your device and select the image that you want to be displayed as your profile image. Please note that the selected image must not exceed the file size of 1MB. Click Save Changes button this will initiate the upload process and will save your profile image.

You can edit your First & Last name if needed. Once edited, click the Save Changes button to save the updated information.

Change Email Address

In the My Profile module of the WorkinAUS platform, you have the option to update the email address associated with your account. This feature is particularly useful in scenarios where you have changed your contact information or if there is a need to transfer account ownership to someone else. Follow below steps to change the email address:

  • Click the option Change Email available next to your email address.

  • A Change Email popup will appear displaying your current email address.

  • Enter the new email address i.e. the email address to which ownership of the account has to be transferred.

  • Click Reset Email button.

  • Change Email popup will be replaced with a Verify OTP popup.

  • Enter the 6 digit verification code which would have been sent to the old email address and click Verify Code button. In case if you haven’t received the email containing the 6 digit code wait for two minutes and timer will change to Resend OTP. Click it to get the 6 digit code.

  • Once the 6 digit code is verified, a success message will appear on the screen and you will be logged out of the account instantly. This signifies that change email address was successful.

Now the account could only be accessed by loging in with the new email address.

Change Password

In the My Profile module of the WorkinAUS platform, you have the ability to change your account password. This feature is essential for maintaining account security and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the WorkinAUS platform. Follow below steps to change your account password:

  • Click the option Change Password next to your password field

  • A Change Password popup will appear, where you will have to specify your old password and new password.

  • Click Reset Password button. This will update your password and you will be logged out of your WorkinAUS account instantly. This signifies that the change password was successful.

Now you can access your WorkinAUS account by providing your new password.

Enable 2FA

Strengthen the security of your WorkinAUS account by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). With 2FA enabled, you'll need to provide a secondary verification code in addition to your password when logging in, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. Follow the below steps to set up 2FA for your account:

  • Enable the toggle for which the label is Enable 2FA.

  • A popup will appear to enter your mobile number. Please enter your mobile number and click Continue button.

  • Enter the 6 digit code that would have been sent to the specified mobile number and click Verify Code button. If you have received the code yet wait for 5 minutes, the timer on the screen will change to Resend option. Click it so that the code could be resend to your mobile number.

Once the code is verified, the 2FA option will be activated on your account and your specified mobile number would appear under the 2FA Verified Number field.

If you want to change the number turn off the 2FA toggle and then turn it on. Follow the above mentioned steps and in the end mobile number would be changed to the new mobile number.
