Posting your job ad on various well-known platforms can help ensure it reaches different segments of the job market. This approach not only broadens your ad's exposure but also improves the likelihood of connecting with the right talent quickly and effectively.

In addition to widening your reach, diversifying the platforms where your ad is posted allows you to tap into both active job seekers and passive candidates who may be open to new opportunities but aren’t actively searching. By using this strategy, you can enhance your recruitment efforts and improve the overall success of your hiring process.

To help your job ad reach a wider pool of candidates, WorkinAUS has introduced the Job Multiposting feature, which streamlines the process of posting your job ad across multiple platforms. This feature incorporates several well-known job boards, including Indeed, CareerOne, LinkedIn Jobs, and LinkedIn Limited Listings, allowing you to significantly increase the visibility of your job advertisements.

Each of these platforms serves different sectors of the job-seeking community, providing access to a diverse range of candidates. By utilising the Job Multiposting feature, you can ensure that your job ad reaches not only active job seekers but also those who might not be actively searching but are open to new opportunities.

This approach gives your recruitment efforts a broader reach, tapping into a variety of industry professionals with different skills and backgrounds. As a result, you improve your chances of finding highly qualified candidates quickly and efficiently. The convenience of this feature also reduces the manual effort needed to post ads on individual platforms, making the hiring process smoother and more streamlined.

Please note that you are required to have individual accounts set up for these paid job boards, each connected to a valid payment method.

Multipost a Job Ad

You have two ways to enhance the visibility of your job ad. The first option is to boost its visibility while initially publishing it. After completing the job posting form and publishing your ad, you will be prompted to expand its reach by publishing it on premium job boards.

Alternatively, you can increase the reach of your job ad after it has been published. To do this, navigate to the job ad listings page where all job ads are displayed. Locate the published job ad you wish to multipost, then click on the three dots under the "Actions" column. From the dropdown menu, select "Multipost your job". Please note that only job ads with a “Published” status can be multiposted.

A popup window will then appear, giving you the option to extend your job ad's reach to additional job boards. The popup presents two buttons: "Yes, amplify my reach" and "Go to multiposting settings."

If you haven’t set up any of the available job boards, clicking either button will take you to the Multiposting Settings page. From there, you can configure your desired job boards and proceed with amplifying your job ad.

Clicking the cross button in the top right corner of the popup will close the popup and redirect you to the job listings page.

If you have already configured your additional job board(s) in the Multiposting Settings, or have just done so, the system will direct you to the job amplification page. Here, you will need to complete a few mandatory steps required for the configured job board(s) to ensure your job ad is posted.

Let’s review the job amplification page and the steps involved in detail:

This page will display all the mandatory information from your published job ad, pre-filled for your convenience. Additionally, there will be a few extra fields that are optional for further customisation. Below we will discuss a mandatory selection and few optional fields:

Publish to

This field displays the list of job board(s) you've configured in your account under the Multiposting Settings page. Choose the job board(s) where you'd like to amplify your job ad. If you've configured multiple boards and wish to post your ad on all of them, hold the Control (CTRL) key on your keyboard and click the desired job boards with your mouse to select them. This selection of job board(s) is mandatory.

Extra benefits

Add any additional benefits or perks offered with the role in this field if necessary. This information is optional but can help attract more candidates.

Salary Description

Provide a brief description of the salary, including details like base pay, or other compensation elements if needed. This field is optional but can offer clarity for potential candidates.

Clicking the "Submit" button saves the job ad form and redirects you to the next page, which contains various settings that need to be configured. The settings on this page will depend on the job boards selected on the previous page.

Post Destinations

This section of the job amplification process allows you to choose the number of days you want the job to remain active. Each job board provides a dropdown menu with a set range of days to select from or fixed number of days. Simply choose the desired duration for each job board.

Job Board(s) Extra Fields

The remainder of the job amplification page contains additional fields for each job board selected on the previous page. These extra fields must be filled out with accurate information. The information in these fields is mandatory, and each job board has its own specific requirements that need to be completed for the job posting.

Once you have selected the number of days to keep the job active for each job board and filled in the required extra fields, click the "Post Job to Job Boards" button located at the bottom of the page. Upon successfully completing these steps, you will be redirected to a success page.

To navigate to the job listings page, you can either click the link at the top of the page that says “Return to the job listing page” or expand the "Jobs" section in the left menu and select “Job Ads”.
