Multiposting Settings

In this article, we’ll take an in-depth look at how to integrate additional job boards to maximise the exposure of your job postings. Expanding to multiple platforms can significantly increase your job ad’s visibility, enabling you to attract a more diverse and qualified pool of candidates. We will walk you through the process of connecting your account to various job boards and optimising your postings to ensure they reach the broadest possible audience.

Expand the Settings option in the left menu and select Multiposting Settings. The system will direct you to the Multiposting Settings page, where you can configure and manage various additional job boards.

Please note that you must have an account for these paid job boards, each connected to a valid payment method.

The WorkinAUS ecosystem, Workforce Australia, Adzuna, and Jora are connected by default. At present, you can configure job postings for Indeed, CareerOne, LinkedIn Jobs, and LinkedIn Limited Listings. When you post a job ad on WorkinAUS, you can choose to multipost your job ad to these platforms at no additional cost from WorkinAUS. Here are key details about each platform to help you ensure a seamless posting experience:

Configuring Indeed

To configure Indeed, you must have an Indeed account that includes a payment method for posting paid job ads. Indeed refers to these paid ads as "sponsored jobs." Sponsored jobs enhance the visibility of your ad, ensuring it is prioritised and appears higher in the job listings, thus reaching more job seekers.

• Company Name: Ensure that the company name you enter here matches exactly with the name on your Indeed account. It must be identical.

• Indeed Campaign Tag: Indeed may provide you with a “Campaign Tag“, if they do you can utilise when posting job ad. It’s not a mandatory field.

• Sponsored Jobs: Indeed will only publish SPONSORED jobs, not 'Free' jobs. Please make sure your jobs are sponsored by Indeed and a valid payment method is already set up in your Indeed account. Read more about Free VS Sponsored Jobs.

• Posting time: It may take up to 4 hours for your job posting to appear on the Indeed platform.

Configuring CareerOne

• Email address & access key: To post on CareerOne, please enter the email address associated with your CareerOne account and the access key provided by CareerOne. For any further details or assistance, please contact CareerOne support.

Configuring LinkedIn Jobs (Paid Ads)

LinkedIn Jobs utilises Premium Job Slots, which are paid job postings aimed at reaching passive candidates through LinkedIn’s job recommendations across their network. These include "Jobs You Might Be Interested In," email notifications, and the LinkedIn feed. Similar to Limited Listings, Premium Job Slots are also accessible to active candidates when they search for jobs on LinkedIn.

This integration requires the user to have a paid LinkedIn Recruiter account and will post directly to the LinkedIn 'Jobs' section. If you don't have a LinkedIn Recruiter account, simply reach out to LinkedIn's sales team to get one set up. To configure LinkedIn Jobs, please enter the following information and save the form:

• Company ID: Enter your Company ID, which can be found in the URL of your company page (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/123456789). Please ensure you are logged in as the administrator of the company page to view and access the Company ID.

• Contract ID: Make sure to enter your Contract ID that was set up with LinkedIn.

• Authorisation: You’ll need to authorise Idibu as a 'Job Posting Partner' to access your LinkedIn contract. This must be done within your LinkedIn account by a LinkedIn Recruiter Product Settings administrator. Simply select 'Idibu' from the dropdown menu. If you require assistance with this process, please contact your LinkedIn representative or Account Manager for assistance.

• Posting time: Please note that your jobs will not be published immediately. LinkedIn processes the feed periodically throughout the day, so you can expect your postings to appear within a few hours or by the following morning at the latest.

Configuring LinkedIn Limited Listings (Free Ads)

Limited Listings are free job postings on LinkedIn that are visible to active candidates when they search for jobs. Additionally, candidates can view Limited Listings on a company’s LinkedIn Page. To configure LinkedIn Limited Listings, please enter the following information and save the form:

• Company ID: Enter your Company ID, which can be found in the URL of your company page (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/123456789). Please ensure you are logged in as the administrator of the company page to view and access the Company ID.

• Posting time: Please note that your jobs will not be published immediately. LinkedIn processes the feed periodically throughout the day, so you can expect your postings to appear within a few hours or by the following morning at the latest.

Configuring Seek

To configure Seek, you need a Seek employer account with a payment method set up for posting paid job ads.

Hirer ID: To get your hirer ID, login into your Seek employer account. Once logged in, you will need to link your Seek account to your recruitment software which is in this case is idibu.

Once you have selected Idibu you will need to enable three options:

• Seek job posting

• Seek optimised apply

• Accept the terms and conditions.

Once submitted, your hirer ID will appear on screen. Copy this, return to the WorkinAUS portal and enter the hirer ID into the multiposting settings for Seek.

If you were unable to copy the hirer ID, you will also receive an email with the ID, to the address your Seek account is set up with. You can then copy it from the email into the multiposting settings for Seek, in the WorkinAUS portal.

If you were directed to the Multiposting Settings page after publishing a job ad, clicking the “Continue to Multiposting” button will take you to the job amplification page, where you need to configure additional settings for the job board(s) you just set up. However, if you accessed the Multiposting Settings page from the job listings page or from the left menu, clicking “Continue to Multiposting” will direct you to the job listings page, where you can select any published job ad to amplify.
