WorkinAUS provides flexible and competitive subscription plans designed to cater to the diverse needs of users. These subscription plans are prominently advertised on the landing pages of the platform and can also be accessed within your WorkinAUS accounts from the left menu.

You have the flexibility to choose a subscription plan that best suits your requirements and preferences. You can select from the available options based on factors such as the level of access needed and budget considerations.

Additionally, you have the option to contact the WorkinAUS sales team to inquire about custom subscription plans tailored to your specific needs. This allows you to discuss your requirements in detail and receive personalized recommendations to ensure you get the most value out of your subscription.

Overall, WorkinAUS aims to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free experience when selecting and purchasing subscription plans. By offering a range of flexible options and personalized solutions, WorkinAUS strives to meet your diverse needs and provide you with access to valuable resources and services tailored to your requirements.

The WorkinAUS subscription model operates on the basis of Job Ad Credits, with each credit representing the ability to publish one job advertisement. When you publish a job advertisement and have Job Ad Credits available from your subscription, the system deducts one credit from your subscription for each published job ad.

Should you consume all of your Job Ad Credits and still wish to publish additional job ads, you have several options available. Firstly, you may choose to upgrade or downgrade your existing subscription plan. Alternatively, you can opt to pay the default job ad price under your current subscription plan by paying the default job ad price. Default job ad price depends on the subscription plan that you have subscribed to. If you have subscribed to Value or Growth monthly plan, the default ad price under these subscription is AUD 199. By paying the default ad price, you can publish the job ad and not choosing to upgrade or downgrade your current subscription plan.

Overall, the WorkinAUS subscription mechanism provides you with flexibility and control over your job ad publishing activities, allowing you to manage your Job Ad Credits effectively and adjust your subscription plan as needed to accommodate your recruitment needs.

To navigate to the Subscription Plan page, you can expand the "Subscription" option in the left menu and then select the "Subscription Plan" menu option. This page provides you with detailed information about the available subscription plans, including their features, pricing, and benefits.

On Demand

When you initially sign up for the WorkinAUS platform as an employer or recruiter, you are automatically placed in On Demand mode by default. In this mode, there is no requirement for upfront payment, and you only need to pay the default advertisement price when publishing a job ad. On the standard, the default price for one job ad is AUD 199. Essentially, being in On Demand mode means you pay as you go, with charges incurred only when you publish job advertisements.

This mode offers flexibility and convenience to you, as it allows you to publish job ads without committing to a subscription plan or making upfront payments. You have the freedom to publish job ads as needed, paying the default price for each advertisement without any long-term commitments.

On Demand mode is suitable for users who have occasional recruitment needs or prefer a pay-as-you-go approach to job advertising. It eliminates the need for ongoing subscription fees and provides a straightforward and cost-effective solution for accessing the WorkinAUS platform's services.

Monthly Subscription

WorkinAUS provides two distinct monthly subscription plans known as Value and Growth, each offering different benefits tailored to your needs.

Under the Value subscription plan, you get 3 job ad credits along with one featured ad credit. The default price for a job ad credit is AUD 199, while a featured ad credit costs AUD 100. Therefore, the total value of the subscription is calculated as follows:

• 3 job ad credits x AUD 199 = AUD 597

• 1 featured ad credit x AUD 100 = AUD 100

This brings the total subscription price to AUD 697. However, with 36% discount, this results in a discounted rate of AUD 447 for the subscription plan. This equates to approximately AUD 149 per job ad credit. You will be charged this discounted rate monthly.

On the other hand, the Growth subscription plan offers 5 job ad credits and 2 featured ad credits. Using the same default prices as above, the total value of the subscription is determined as follows:

• 5 job ad credits x AUD 199 = AUD 995

• 2 featured ad credits x AUD 100 = AUD 200

This results in a total subscription price of AUD 1195. With a 42% discount applied, you get a discounted rate of AUD 695 for the subscription plan. This translates to roughly AUD 139 per job ad credit. You will be billed this discounted rate on a monthly basis.

In summary, the Value and Growth subscription plans offer you varying levels of job ad credits and featured ad credits at discounted rates, providing flexibility and cost-effectiveness for your recruitment needs on the WorkinAUS platform.

To purchase a subscription plan, click the Subscribe button over the desired subscription plan, this action will navigate you to a Purchase Summary page.

Purchase summary page presents following items:

• Subscription Overview

  On the left of the purchase summary page, selected subscription plan overview is provided where you can read the features of your selected subscription plan. Here you will find a button captioned as Change Package. Clicking “Change Package” button navigates you back to the Subscription Plan page where you can select the same or any other subscription plan to purchase.

• Item Name

  Name of the selected subscription plan is displayed under the item name.

• Validity

  This displays the validity period of the subscription you are about to purchase. It's important to note that the validity period of the subscription depends on the number of days in the current month during which you are making the purchase.

  For example, in the provided screenshot, the validity of the subscription appears as 29 days because it is being purchased in February 2024. However, if the purchase was made in January or March 2024, the validity of the subscription would be 31 days.

  By default, the subscription plan is set to auto-renew. This means that once the validity period of the subscription expires, the subscription will automatically renew. This ensures uninterrupted access to the subscription benefits and services provided by WorkinAUS.

• Coupon Code

  WorkinAUS offers coupon codes to its users on special occasions, providing them with discounts or additional benefits when purchasing subscription plans. When you enter a valid coupon code during the checkout process, it triggers a multiplier effect on the number of Job Ad Credits or special discount over the Total Price, regardless of which subscription plan you choose to purchase.

  For example, if you enter a coupon code that applies a multiplier of 2x, it effectively doubles the number of Job Ad Credits included in the selected subscription plan. Similarly, coupon codes may offer multipliers of 3x, 4x, or more, depending on the promotion or offer associated with the code.

• Total Price

  This section displays the total price that will be charged for the selected subscription plan. It provides you with a clear overview of the cost associated with the chosen subscription plan before proceeding with the purchase. You can review this information to confirm your decision and proceed with the subscription purchase with confidence.

• Credit Card as Default Payment Method

  If credit card is set as the default Payment Method, and if one or more credit cards are associated with the account, those will be displayed here. By default, your default credit card would be selected.

  If you still haven't associated any credit card with the account, then click the "Add Card" button to open the "Add New Payment Method" form, where you can enter the credit card details. After entering the credit card information and clicking the "Add Payment Method" button, the system will add the card and display it under the "Payment Methods" section. It's important to note that the credit card information entered is saved securely with STRIPE; WorkinAUS does not store this information.

  Click the "Continue to Payment" button to proceed with the payment.

• Invoice as Default Payment Method

  If invoice is set as the default payment method, click the "Continue to Payment" button to proceed with the payment process.

Upon successful transaction, a confirmation popup will appear, and you will be subscribed to your desired/ selected subscription plan.

Your subscription information will be updated on your WorkinAUS Dashboard, where you can view the details of your purchased subscription plan. This ensures that you have easy access to information about your subscription, including its duration, available job ad credits and featured ad credits. By displaying this information prominently on your dashboard, WorkinAUS ensures that you can stay informed about your subscription status and make any necessary adjustments or decisions regarding your account. This feature enhances user experience by providing transparency and convenience in managing subscription-related information directly from the dashboard interface.

Enterprise Monthly Subscription

If the Value or Growth subscription plans do not meet your specific requirements, and you require a subscription plan with a greater number of job ad credits, click the "Get a Quote" button that will open a small form, where you will be prompted to provide basic information about yourself and your company. This information helps WorkinAUS understand your requirements.

After submitting the form, a member of the WorkinAUS sales team will reach out to you to discuss your requirements further. Through this communication, you can negotiate and collaborate with the sales team to create a monthly subscription plan that fully satisfies your specific needs and objectives.

This personalized approach ensures that you get a subscription plan that offers the optimal number of job ad credits and features to support your recruitment efforts effectively. WorkinAUS aims to meet the unique requirements of each client and enhance their overall experience on the platform.
