Enterprise Job Board
Enterprise job board module appears in the left menu by enabling a Setting toggle “Enable enterprise job board“ under Company Profile page. Enabling the toggle activates the Enterprise Job Board module within your WorkinAUS account, introducing a personalized job platform tailored specifically for your business needs.
What is Enterprise Job Board (EJB)?

Customized Branding: With the Enterprise Job Board, you gain the ability to customize the platform with your own branding elements such as logos, color schemes, and visual assets. This branding customization helps to establish a distinct identity for your job platform, setting it apart from generic job boards and reinforcing your company's unique brand image.
Enhanced Visual Appeal: In addition to branding customization, the Enterprise Job Board allows you to incorporate multimedia elements such as videos and images as banners. These visual enhancements not only make your job platform more visually appealing but also help to engage potential candidates and showcase your company culture, values, and work environment.
Differentiation from Competitors: By personalizing your job platform with your own branding and multimedia content, you differentiate yourself from competitors and other commercial job ad platforms. Visual Editor
The Visual Editor page in the WorkinAUS platform offers you the ability to customize the appearance and layout of your Enterprise Job Board (EJB). You can access the Visual Editor page by expanding the Enterprise Job Board menu option available in the left menu. Here's an elaboration on its functionalities:
Theme Editor:
A basic theme editor is provided to set the theme color to align the EJB's visual aesthetics with your company's branding guidelines, creating a cohesive and professional appearance. Also allows you to upload and set up a background image for your EJB’s search page. It's advised to use an image with a recommended resolution of 1920 × 270 pixels for optimal display.
View Page:
You can navigate to your EJB page that would be visible to job seekers over the WorkinAUS platform. This could be done either by clicking the View Page button or your EJB page link or by copy-paste the link in a new bower tab.
Logo
System will automatically pull the logo that you have uploaded in your Company Profile and will display here.
Image & Video Banners:
You can upload and set an image or a video banners, which appears prominently at the top of the EJB's home page. You can reorder the banners as per your requirement by dragging and dropping the banners thumnails. To add a banner click the camera icon, it opens Add Banner popup where you can either upload the desired media content or select from the gallery. To upload the media content, click the Add Media button, it opens a designated drop zone where you have the option to upload media content by either selecting files from your device or simply dragging & dropping them into the specified area.
It's advised to use an image with a recommended resolution of 1920 × 640 pixels for optimal display. Whereas use the video file with a recommended resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and video file size must be of maximum 1.5GB.
After uploading the content, it will be displayed in the media gallery. To proceed, select the uploaded content to preview it in the designated preview window. This step allows you to ensure that the media content appears as intended and meets your expectations.
Once you have finalized the media content and is satisfied with how it looks in the preview window, you can proceed to enter the banner title. This title serves as a descriptive label for the banner, providing context or information about the content it represents.
Additionally, you will have the option to set the visibility of the banner according to your specific requirements to be displayed on your EJB home page.
Click Save button, this action will initiate the process of banner addition process. This serves as the final step in the process of adding banner and immediately reflects for job seekers over your EJB home page. You can perform all tasks in the Banners module of the enterprise job board.
Sections:
The Visual Editor allows you to create and organize sections within the EJB. Sections may include featured job listings, job category based sections and more.
Real-Time Visualization:
As you make changes to the theme, banners, and sections, the Visual Editor provides a real-time visual preview of how these modifications will appear on the EJB. This live preview functionality allows you to experiment with different configurations and instantly see the results, facilitating efficient customization and design decisions.
Overall, the Visual Editor page empowers you to visually design and customize your EJB to reflect your brand identity, highlight key content, and create an engaging and appealing experience for job seekers.
